Project overview
Our client, an electrical manufacturer, is actively hiring a Plant Cost & Financial Analyst to join their team in Fairfield, OH! This role will be a hybrid position with 4 days a week onsite.
In this role, you will be supporting the Plant Controller in delivering accurate, timely, and insightful manufacturing finance reporting.

Required Skills:
What you will be doing:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related
- 2-3 years of cost accounting/financial analysis experience
- Experience with reporting tools (Excel and PowerBI)
- Prior experience with Oracle ERP is a plus
- Own their weekly and intra-week reports for WIP, inventory transactions, material usage variance, PPV, and the plant P&L
- Prepare Analysis of Changes
- Turn transactional data into explanations of cost drivers and flags so the leadership team can act on them
- Start: flexible
- Duration: 3 months
- Remote: hybrid

- Rate: 32-37 EUR/h
