For our customer we are looking for a 2nd/3rd Level Supporter (f/m/d) SAP APO DP / SNP to support in a project.

• 2nd/3rd-level support for the global SAP APO planning landscape, focusing on DP, SNP in-cluding analysis and resolution of complex incidents
• Analysis and optimization of CIF interfaces, liveCache, APO master data and BW data flows
• Assessment of change requests and implementation of minor enhancements in APO
• Conceptual advice on the APO ? SAP IBP roadmap, e.g. gap analysis of DP/SNP vs. IBP and alignment with the ongoing SIOP process
• Documentation and knowledge transfer to the internal team
• several years of project and operations experience in SAP APO DP and SNP, i gATP experience would be an advantage
• In-depth understanding of APO architecture (CIF, liveCache, BW integration) and integration with S4HANA modules SD, MM and PP
• Experience with SAP IBP (SIOP, Demand, Response amp;Supply) and with APO ? IBP migration projects
• Knowledge of SIOP processes, demand forecasting and supply planning
• Experience in global multi-plant environments
• Fluent German and English
• Not required: PP/DS or S4HANA PP or pure IBP consultants without APO operations experience
