Accounts Payable Clerk P2P - Oracle

Project overview

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk for a long-term assignment with our client in the banking/finance sector in the Paris region to strengthen a general expenses accounting team after a migration to Oracle and the consolidation of several Procure-to-Pay (P2P) teams.

You will participate in a remediation plan to clear the accumulated backlog, while contributing to process improvement.

Profile sought

You have a degree in accounting, management, or management control and initial experience in accounts payable (P2P cycle), ideally in a banking or financial environment. Knowledge of Oracle and e-invoicing challenges is a real plus. You are proficient in GL entries and comfortable with steering indicators. You are organized, rigorous in follow-up, and possess strong analytical skills. Your pedagogical approach and interpersonal skills enable you to communicate effectively with both suppliers and internal teams.

• Enter invoices and ensure rigorous follow-up until payment.
• Manage relationships with third parties: respond to suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Clean up and bring the supplier database into compliance, prioritizing the most delayed portfolios.
• Contribute to process industrialization: import invoice files, automate certain GL entries (Transfer Pricing).
• Participate in e-invoicing developments: invoice transmission methods and electronic reporting.
• Harmonize the team's performance indicators (KPIs).
• Propose levers to speed up data entry and streamline the overall process, with a pedagogical dimension for business units and third parties.
