Adaptor (Digital Production Designer)

Project overview

Creative Circle is partnering with a large consumer brand to expand an internal creative studio focused on digital-first design and content production. We are seeking an experienced freelance Digital Production Designer to join our bench, available for ongoing support beginning as soon as possible, and continuing for the next 2 months, with potential to extend. The Digital Production Designer must have experience contributing to high-volume work within established brand systems with a large focus on digital, eCommerce, and social channels. Experience with CPG companies is a MUST.

Responsibilities

• Adapt creative assets across platforms including e-commerce, social, paid media, and video
• Ensure all content meets platform specifications, technical requirements, and best practices
• Personalize content for different audiences, channels, and use cases
• Partner with designers and animators to refine and evolve executions
• Maintain consistency while flexing designs to perform effectively in context Requirements:
• Strong understanding of digital platforms and content requirements
• Experience adapting content for e-commerce, social, and paid media channels
• High attention to detail and strong quality control skills
• Ability to manage multiple versions and formats efficiently
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and production workflows
• Strong organizational skills and comfort working across multiple projects
• Demonstrated learning agility This position is with Creative360 (C360), Creative Circle's managed services division. C360 builds and manages creative and marketing project teams and dedicated studios on behalf of our clients. A C360 Engagement Lead will oversee the scope, deliverables, reporting, and operations support, so you can focus on the things you do best! In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
