Project overview

Advisory activities for the 2-phase approach in the renovation of locks in Zeeland.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Closing and managing various (2-phase) contracts for the renovation of the Zandkreeksluis, Sluis Hansweert, Grevelingensluis, Roompotsluis, and Bergse Diepsluis
• Directing ongoing contracts and verifying that the contractor meets contractual requirements
• Discussing progress with the project team and sharing knowledge and experience
• Maintaining contact with internal clients and stakeholders such as infrastructure managers
• Collaborating with fellow contract and procurement advisors on a professional contract management process
• Proposing improvements for the procurement and contract management process
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent working and thinking level
• At least 3 years of experience with 2-phase renovation projects within wet infrastructure
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with a portfolio approach
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in active collaboration within a contract and/or project team
• VOL-VCA certificate and a valid GPI in possession
• Strong communication and persuasive skills, aware of formal and informal relationships within the organization
• Flexible attitude with perseverance and a focus on collaboration
