This is part of our ambition 'Vakkundig in verandering' (Skilled in Change) from the policy plan 2024-2029. As a result, many different internal projects are underway that impact employees. We are looking for temporary support to handle the pressure on the team. You will step into a number of internal projects and provide advice to project leaders, develop communication approaches, independently ensure their execution, or work closely with a communications officer for this. With engaging communication, you will ensure that employees are informed, feel involved, and can adapt to the desired change. Communication via line managers, i.e., line communication, is often part of this. This is a selection of the projects you will work on: Delivering and publishing a series of interviews and stories on the intranet for a large change project on streamlining processes (LEF) once a month. Developing a communication calendar with messages, moments, and resources regarding quality-oriented work based on the developed communication approach. The tender for a quality management system is part of this. Advising the project leader and head of Quality & Compliance and organizing communication moments focused on what this change means for the work of employees. Sharpening the (internal) communication approach for the new administrative structure, including updating the internal change story, updating Q&As, and developing an introduction plan for the new administration at the beginning of 2027. Creating presentations and briefing speakers at internal communication moments, including program and scripts. Advising project leaders of the I&A department on short-term projects such as email archiving, a new Self-Service portal, and the launch of new telephony policy. Developing a communication approach, coordinating with project leaders and the head of I&A, and executing in collaboration with the project leader. The result is informed employees who know what the change means for them and how to handle it. Ad hoc advice on internal communication assignments You will work independently as a communications advisor within the project teams. For coordination with the communication of other internal projects, consult your communication colleagues within the Corporate Communications department. Minimum requirements / knockout criteria Demonstrable completed education at a minimum HBO-bachelor level; Minimum 3 years of demonstrable work experience as an internal communications advisor within government organizations; Minimum 1 year of experience with change communication within organizations. Minimum 5 years of demonstrable work experience as an internal communications advisor in government organizations Minimum 3 years of demonstrable work experience as an internal communications advisor for ICT projects and processes in an organization Demonstrable work experience in translating complex subject matter into clear, understandable messages and text Experience with project-based work Competencies Thinking doer; Creative; Results-oriented; Flexible; Organizationally sensitive.
