Our Retail client is seeking a Affiliate Marketing Manager to join their team for the next 5+ months, 40 hours/week. Role Summary The Manager, Creator Affiliates will lead the growth and performance of creator affiliate programs across a portfolio of consumer brands. This role is responsible for driving affiliate-attributed revenue through creator recruitment, activation, relationship management, performance optimization, and strategic program development.

The ideal candidate is a creator affiliate specialist with deep expertise in creator commerce, affiliate marketing, and revenue-generating influencer partnerships. This individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders and agency partners to scale creator affiliate initiatives while delivering measurable business results.

Top Must Have Skills 5+ years of influencer marketing and creator marketing experience with direct affiliate marketing exposure Proven experience managing creator affiliate programs that drive revenue and measurable performance outcomes Hands-on expertise with ShopMy and LTK platforms Strong understanding of creator commerce, affiliate marketing, and performance-based partnership ecosystems Experience recruiting, onboarding, activating, and managing creator and influencer relationships Ability to analyze affiliate performance data and develop optimization strategies Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills Experience managing multiple brands, projects, and priorities simultaneously Additional Qualifications Experience managing affiliate marketing budgets Familiarity with affiliate platforms such as Impact, Rakuten, and CJ Affiliate Established network of creator and influencer relationships within the affiliate marketing space Experience within fashion, apparel, retail, beauty, or related consumer industries Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term planning and hands-on execution Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solution-oriented approach Executive presence with confidence presenting recommendations and challenging assumptions when appropriate Demonstrated ability to identify trends, opportunities, and performance drivers within the creator economy Responsibilities Drive growth of creator affiliate programs and increase affiliate-attributed revenue across multiple brands Manage creator affiliate activities and partnerships across ShopMy and LTK platforms Recruit, onboard, activate, and re-engage creators to expand and strengthen affiliate partnerships Build and maintain direct relationships with creators, influencers, and affiliate partners Develop communication strategies that drive creator engagement, participation, and performance Monitor affiliate program performance and identify opportunities for optimization and revenue growth Analyze creator performance data and provide strategic recommendations based on results, trends, and market insights Collaborate with internal marketing, brand, and e-commerce teams to align creator affiliate initiatives with business goals Partner closely with agency teams to ensure successful program execution, accountability, and performance management Support creator affiliate strategies across multiple brands simultaneously while balancing competing priorities Report on program performance, key metrics, and growth opportunities to stakeholders and leadership Stay current on industry trends, creator commerce developments, emerging platforms, and affiliate marketing best practices to continuously improve program effectiveness.
