Jobbeschreibung

SSC-ICT is looking for an Agile Coach Enablement to implement the SAFe 6.0 framework and support the development of Shared Service Teams within their IT infrastructure modernization. The role involves facilitating change, assessing structure, roles, leadership, and collaboration across teams and departments.

Project overview

Note! This request is not intended for freelancers. SSC-ICT is modernizing its infrastructure landscape. The goal is to continue providing swift, adequate, and secure robust management and to be future-proof. To support this, the SAFe methodology is being further implemented, and SSC-ICT is scaling up to a DevOps-oriented environment. The establishment of Shared Service Teams is part of this. These teams are responsible for designing, delivering, and setting up the infrastructure for SSC-ICT's IT services. This should result in a duplicable methodology with a transparent and reliable delivery process.

SSC-ICT is seeking an Agile Coach Enablement who, based on the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), will guide employees from various Line departments and Agile Release Trains in the development of Shared Service Teams. These teams support SSC-ICT's ARTs. The organization is further implementing the organizational model based on SAFe 6.0. The existing way of working will therefore take on a new form. The assignment explicitly goes beyond facilitating the Agile cadence. The Agile Coach assesses structure, roles, leadership, and collaboration in context.

He or she facilitates change across teams and departments and ensures this flow. SSC-ICT To continue serving our ministries well, we want to further develop ourselves. We do this in interaction with our clients, the ministries. Because we are the IT service provider of and for the government, and are proud of our public task and the large-scale projects that matter. The origin of SSC-ICT At the beginning of this millennium, all ministries managed their own IT workplaces for their civil servants – independently of each other.

To create one efficient and uniform line for this service, the various IT organizations bundled their activities. Over the years, there have been various compositions and names, but SSC-ICT has been a fact since 2014. Where are we now? SSC-ICT has grown into an organization of approximately 1,200 employees and contributes to a modern government with secure, flexible, and effective IT services. We provide these services to the following ministries

  • Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations
  • Ministry of Justice and Security
  • Ministry of Foreign Affairs
  • Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management
  • Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment
  • Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport
  • Ministry of Finance IT must always be available and is increasingly crucial for the primary processes of these ministries. Our government colleagues work at different locations and on different devices: via desktop and laptop, but also on tablet and smartphone. Speed and flexibility are becoming increasingly important. Providing IT for and with the government is a challenging task. The field of work is diverse, and the security requirements are high. Where are we heading? SSC-ICT is growing into one organization with one face. We continue to work on a transparent methodology and optimal service delivery: standard where possible, custom solutions where necessary. The ministries rely on our secure, reliable, and always available IT services for this. The goal: to deliver stable IT services in a rapidly changing digital world. "We do this by working together, learning from each other, focusing on the user experience, and above all, by enjoying our work!" SSC-ICT Business Unit IT Infrastructure Services (BIS) This business unit has the main task of delivering technical services for standard and custom service delivery.
