Agile Delivery Lead - Accounting/Finance Transformation - Insurance

Project overview

We're seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Lead to support a major accounting/finance transformation programme within a leading insurance organisation.

You will drive Agile delivery, increase team velocity, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and work closely with finance and business stakeholders to ensure successful programme outcomes.

The initial contract duration will be until Feb/Mar 2027 with the potential to move onto other projects after this.

This is a hybrid role, requiring 3+ days per week in the central London office.

• Proven track record in an Agile Delivery capacity
• Insurance, Financial Services or other regulated industry experience
• Strong understanding of/background in Accounting
• Excellent stakeholder management and Agile delivery skills
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
