Context

We are looking for an Agile IT Project Manager specialized in Digital Transformation for Sales & Marketing for one of our clients, an international B2B industrial group.

In a context of accelerating its digital transformation, our client wishes to modernize and optimize its commercial and marketing application ecosystem to improve customer knowledge, commercial efficiency, and process reliability.

You will act as the interface between the Sales & Marketing business teams and the IT teams, with a central role in managing the digital roadmap, deploying solutions, and their international adoption.

This position combines IT project management, Product Ownership, Agile delivery, and application run management.

• Support Sales & Marketing teams in the evolution of their digital tools and processes.
• Collect, analyze, and challenge business needs to translate them into suitable IT solutions.
• Build and manage the digital roadmap and the prioritized backlog.
• Manage transformation projects around CRM, customer data, sales pipeline, quoting and pricing processes, marketing automation, and reporting tools.
• Ensure the creation of business value at each stage of the transformation.
• Manage projects end-to-end: scoping, planning, budget, resources, delivery, and deployment.
• Lead Agile rituals: sprint planning, backlog refinement, demonstrations, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate IT, business, and external partner teams.
• Oversee integrations between Sales & Marketing applications, ERPs, and Data/BI platforms.
• Ensure the quality of deliverables, adherence to deadlines, and risk management.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams located in several countries.
• Support users in adopting new solutions.
• Define communication, training, and deployment plans.
• Contribute to the harmonization of commercial processes between different entities.
• Monitor user adoption and satisfaction indicators.
• Ensure the operational monitoring of Sales & Marketing applications.
• Manage incident resolution and adherence to service levels.
• Monitor the performance of service providers and integrators.
• Ensure data quality and the reliability of application interfaces.
• Identify optimization areas and contribute to the continuous improvement of solutions.
