• designing and implementing LLMOps pipelines and experimenting with new functionalities of the Databricks ecosystem,
• preparing analyses, prototypes, and recommendations for business areas,
• supporting data teams in building best AI practices and a data-driven culture,
• collaborating with business teams on implementing solutions based on AI and process automation,
• project location: Warsaw/Wrocław/Poznań,
• service delivery mode: hybrid (40% of working time from the office),
• higher technical education (STEM),
• fluent knowledge of AI tools supporting software development and data analysis, such as GitHub Copilot, Genie Code, or similar,
• experience in identifying AI applications in business processes and assessing when process optimization is more effective than AI implementation,
• very good knowledge of Python and ML/AI frameworks,
• experience working with large datasets, including unstructured data,
• ability to translate business needs into specific solutions using AI,
• experience in designing and implementing end-user solutions based on Generative AI and language models (including tests, harness, alignment),
• experience in managing end-to-end projects, from problem analysis to production solution implementation,
• ability to present complex technical issues in a simple and understandable way,
• practical knowledge in building, structuring, and using knowledge bases,
• practical experience in defining Skills and MCP (Model Context Protocol).

Nice to have

• experience working with Databricks One, AI/BI Dashboards & Genie, and Databricks Apps,
• experience working with conversational data systems,
• experience in optimizing processes and data processing for small language models (SLM),
• experience in the banking or financial sector,
• practical knowledge of the Azure environment and modern AI/GenAI platforms.
