We are looking for someone who will bridge the world of business (Sales & Marketing) with modern analytics based on AI and LLM models. The role involves translating business needs into solutions based on Snowflake Cortex and optimizing prompts and analytical queries. The project focuses on transforming reporting (Power BI → natural language queries).

Responsibilities

Required Competencies:

• Translating business needs (Sales, Marketing, KAM) into analytical solutions based on LLM and Snowflake Cortex
• Designing, building, and optimizing prompts and queries (SQL) depending on the business scenario
• Working with RAG architecture — developing and optimizing retrieval and generation pipelines based on proprietary data
• Analyzing sales, marketing, and financial data and delivering business insights
• Supporting reporting transformation (migration from Power BI to natural language queries)
• Collaborating with business and technical teams in an international environment
• Building and maintaining knowledge of the client's data model and ensuring the quality and accuracy of results
• Creating documentation and simplifying solutions for non-technical users
• Analyzing market and competitive data (e.g., market share, distribution, category trends)
• Supporting supply chain analytics and its impact on sales performance
• Participating in project meetings and business trips
• Experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably from a KAM perspective
• Practical knowledge of LLM models and prompt engineering (including in project/production environments)
• Understanding of RAG architecture and working with proprietary data
• Experience with Snowflake (including Cortex) and very good knowledge of SQL
• Ability to work with data models and analyze complex structures
• Knowledge of Power BI (interpreting reports, supporting migration)
• Understanding of operational finance and working with financial data
• Experience in an international environment and readiness for business travel
