AI Copilot Developer

Project overview

I am recruiting for an AI Copilot Developer to work on a hybrid basis - 3 days in London, 2 days remote.

The role falls inside IR35 so you will need to work through an umbrella company for the duration of the contract.

You will be able to incorporate AI capabilities into the business processes of a new solution.

You will not simply migrate existing functionality, but use AI to improve efficiency and automate business processes. For example, the solution may include functionality to automatically classify and route large volumes of incoming emails based on content and priority, or to analyse enquiries and connect them to the appropriate person or workflow.

You must have solid experience of Microsoft Copilot, generative AI and AI agents.

You must also have practical experience implementing AI capabilities into business systems as operational solutions.

You will have hands-on experience designing and developing AI-enabled business applications or workflows, not just someone who has only proof-of-concept or experimental experience.

Experience in use cases such as email classification, document analysis, workflow automation, and knowledge search would be advantageous.
