Context:

Join a leading media-tech company, located in Levallois-Perret, which is one of the global leaders in online entertainment. With iconic brands and collaborations with renowned creators, our company aims to overhaul its operational model to place Artificial Intelligence at its core. As part of this transformation, we are expanding our AI Software Factory, an agile team that will initially consist of 5 experts, dedicated to designing our WE-OS technological foundation.

Profile:

• Education: Master's degree (Bac+5) from an Engineering School or equivalent university degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or AI.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in Full Stack development or AI Engineering with significant experience in AI-assisted coding.
• Soft Skills: Rigor, technological curiosity, teamwork, proficiency in French and English.

Missions:

Technical Stack:

• Remote Work: 2 days per week possible (excluding Mondays).
• Location: Based near Paris, possibility of travel to our other sites.
• Full Stack Development & AI Integration (60%): Create and deploy AI-native full stack applications. Design autonomous agent architectures and collaborate with our Data team to optimize datasets.
• Operational Excellence through Assisted Coding (30%): Intensively use AI-assisted code generation tools to boost our delivery, while ensuring code quality and security.
• FinOps, Compliance & Monitoring (10%): Manage cloud cost optimization and ensure regulatory compliance and cybersecurity.
• Languages: Perfect mastery of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React.
• Cloud & DevOps: Google Cloud Platform, Docker, GitLab CI, Terraform.
• AI Tools: Claude Code, Codex.
• Collaboration with the Data Platform team on GCP/BigQuery.
• Use of advanced AI orchestration and integration frameworks.
