AI Expert Gemini Enterprise Deployment

Project overview

Context

A large consumer group is accelerating its deployment on the Gemini Enterprise agent platform. An initial wave of pilots has confirmed the need for an agile organization adapted to agent AI. This involves the IT department (Tech and Solutions teams) and the digital division. To secure technical implementation, support teams on best practices, and structure governance, they are looking for an external expert for six months.

Terms

• Properly initialize the Gemini Enterprise SaaS platform: environments, access management, connectors, logging, quotas. The objective is to quickly transfer skills to an internal resource.
• Support Solutions teams in choosing the best solutions and best practices for designing their business agents.
• Assist the CDO in defining governance, compliance, and framing rules.
• Actively participate in agent design: business prompt engineering, platform integration, FinOps, traceability.
• Support the launch of pilot use cases prioritized by the business units.
• An agent platform in place and documented.
• A governance kit: agent lifecycle from idea to retirement, validation steps, RACI, standard agent sheet to populate the registry.
• An evaluation framework: test sets, quality indicators, go-live thresholds.
• Operational guides and a skills transfer validated by a measurable criterion (e.g., an internal employee deploys an end-to-end agent independently).
• The successful launch of two pilot use cases.
• Expert profile with significant experience in implementing generative and agent AI solutions in large organizations.
• Mastery or good knowledge of the Google Cloud Platform ecosystem and Gemini Enterprise: configuration, security, connectors, FinOps. Experience with Vertex AI or enterprise Google Workspace is a real plus.
• Mastery of advanced prompt engineering, conversational agent integration, and their traceability.
• Experience in establishing AI governance frameworks, risk management, and compliance: security, GDPR, AI Act.
• Strong pedagogical skills to ensure skills transfer, and ability to unite cross-functional teams: business units, Solutions and Tech teams, CDO.
• Experience in retail or consumer goods is appreciated.
• Attitude: autonomy, ability to be operational from day one, equally comfortable in front of a CDO as in the administration console.
