Project overview

Context

Created on October 15, 2015, a common structure for the IT subsidiaries of a large banking group is an Economic Interest Grouping (GIE) that aims to consolidate infrastructures and pool purchases to optimize costs and strengthen the quality of service for the group's entire IT production. It also offers value-added infrastructure services (messaging, videoconferencing, etc.) for users and information systems.

With 1,200 employees, mostly IT analysts, engineers, and experts located in 14 cities, the company also relies on its own support functions: purchasing, finance, audit, risk, architecture and security, human resources, internal communication, and general services.

Missions

The core mission consists of deploying, configuring, securing, and documenting the hardware and software stack required to run LLM models on dedicated AI physical servers.

The contractor must be familiar with the hardware and software ecosystem related to AI.

They will need to ensure clear communication of their actions to management.

• Actively participate and transmit operational information and blocking points to management through defined communication points.
• Be proactive in the urbanization of an AI service within a critical scope.
• Resolve technical and functional obstacles affecting the project.
