CONTEXT

Large international group. The Enterprise Architecture function wishes to industrialize its AI usages and rethink its internal communication. Very operational mission: the goal is to build and deliver tools, not to produce a scoping study.

• AI component applied to Enterprise Architecture
• Develop and prototype agents and skills that meet the concrete needs of the EA function, primarily on Copilot Studio and GitHub Copilot
• Build assistants for analyzing large documentary corpora (architecture files, application documentation, repositories)
• Generate APM dashboards in HTML from application portfolio data
• Automate recurring tasks of the EA function (file review, summaries, completeness checks)
• Experiment with and qualify new AI usages, from POC to a tool actually used by the team
• Communication component
• Contribute to the communication strategy and formats of the EA function for its stakeholders
• Identify levers for automation and industrialization of the production of these communications by AI
• Produce associated supports and templates
• Hands-on, autonomous, and production-oriented profile: ability to deliver functional solutions autonomously, in short cycles
• Mastery of Copilot Studio and GitHub Copilot (agent design, connectors, prompt orchestration)
• Design of solutions based on LLMs: RAG, documentary corpus processing, prompt structuring, output evaluation
• Production of web restitutions (HTML/CSS/JS) for data dashboards
• Ability to interact with an EA function and understand its objects (application portfolio, architecture files, APM)
• Professional level written English
• Experience in internal communication or Change Management
• Python, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI), M365 ecosystem, Azure AI Foundry
