AI Ops / GTM Engineer to bring an internal app to life (tech scale-up, Paris)

Project overview

The context

A large French tech scale-up, with a marketing team of about 200 people, has an internal marketing ops application. It includes dashboards, a knowledge base, an AI assistant, and automations. The tool exists, but it runs on demo data. It needs to be connected to real data, evolved, secured, and adopted.

What you will do, concretely, with AI

The other half of the job: maintain the line

Each team (Paid, CRM, SEO, Content, Brand, Management...) wants its own features, immediately. You are the single point of contact. You prioritize, you know how to say no, and you keep the tool coherent in the face of several directors with competing demands.

The terms

To apply: describe in a few lines a tool you built or took over using AI. Say what it does, how you secured it, and who validated it.

The last line serves as a filter: a candidate who only managed, without building themselves, will have difficulty answering it.

• Connect the real sources: data warehouse (BigQuery), GA4, Search Console, CRM, Slack.
• Build new features, agents that send alerts, and automations that launch actions on their own, using Claude Code or equivalent.
• Secure the app:
• company SSO connection and role-based permissions;
• key and secret management;
• data protection (GDPR).
• Prepare the code for review by the client's engineers and for deployment on their hosting. The infrastructure is managed by their IT.
• Train teams and drive adoption: demos, power users, usage monitoring.
• Location: Paris, at the client's provided office (GDPR constraints).
• Start date: immediately.
• Commitment: ideally dedicated to the mission for the month.
• Budget: €4,500 excluding tax for the month.
