Context of the mission

The Data Platform team is looking for a Senior AI Platform Engineer based in Paris.

At the heart of this entity, we are looking for a Senior AI Platform Engineer to join the Data Factory teams. This technological platform, global to the entire group internationally, supports the development of Data usage, from revenue calculation to the development of innovative products.

We operate a cutting-edge Modern Data Stack, with a Lakehouse at its core.

Our mission? To ensure the scalability, automation, and excellence of development practices for all our communities (Data Engineers, Analysts, Scientists).

Our AI / MLOPS team at the heart of the Data Factory is an essential part of this mission. It is responsible for equipping data scientists and ML engineers to carry out their work. Furthermore, it plays a central role in making LLMs and agents available to our technical users.

YOUR FUTURE CONTRIBUTION

As a Senior AI Platform Engineer, within the AI / ML squad, you will play a key role in equipping data scientists and ML engineers to help them carry out their mission.

In addition, you will have a central role in making generative AI technologies available to our developers. The team consists of 4 Platform Engineers and 2 Product Managers.

• Multi-Cloud Design & Architecture: Designing robust and tailor-made AI architectures on AWS and GCP, proposing solutions to meet the specific needs of our users.
• Industrialization & IaC: Managing the deployment, maintenance, and evolution of our AI infrastructures via Terraform, ensuring perfect consistency between our different Cloud environments.
• Automation & CI/CD: Optimizing our production deployment cycles by orchestrating continuous integration (CI/CD) pipelines via Git, thus ensuring speed and reliability.
• Governance & Excellence: Defining the standards of tomorrow by creating guides, templates, and best practices, while ensuring strategic monitoring (AI & GenAI) to maintain our technological advantage.
• Expertise & Outreach: Representing our solutions to technical and business teams, notably by hosting Office Hours and simplifying complex platform issues.

• Experience: You have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role (MLOps, ML engineer, OPS Engineer, Platform Engineer);
• Pedagogy and Service Mindset: You know how to support users clearly, translate complex AI concepts into simple technical solutions, and write robust documentation;
• Curiosity: Technological monitoring is part of your DNA; You have solid knowledge in AI (GenAI, Agentic AI)
• Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in an agile environment where sharing is the rule;
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to rally support around your solutions. Your English is fluent to operate in our international context.
