AI Transformation Lead – Enterprise AI & Digital Transformation – 3+ Months in Copenhagen/Hybrid

The consultant must be based in Denmark.

The consultant will support the enterprise AI agenda across the company. The work operates at the intersection of strategy, transformation, technology, and business leadership, working closely with stakeholders across the full business.

The work is currently moving from strategy and direction-setting into mobilisation and enterprise-wide execution, with multiple executive decision points between September and December.

Activities

The candidate will support the delivery of the enterprise AI agenda during a critical 3.5-month period.

Key activities include:

• Coordinating and integrating work across multiple AI workstreams, internal stakeholders, and external consulting teams.
• Developing executive-ready discussion material, recommendations, and decision papers for the executive touch points.
• Helping structure and facilitate workshops, working sessions, and leadership discussions.
• Identifying emerging risks, dependencies, gaps, and decision requirements across the agenda.
• Supporting the translation of workstream outputs into a coherent AI transformation narrative.
• Driving follow-up actions and ensuring readiness for key executive decision points.
• Working with business leaders to align priorities, incorporate feedback, and maintain momentum.
• Acting as a thought partner to the AI agenda leads by helping turn ambiguity into concrete recommendations and actions.

Requirements

We are looking for an individual with strong transformation expertise, particularly at the “sharp end” of the stick. While experience in downstream transformation—where the direction has been set and the individual leads program execution—is valuable, the candidate should also be able to shape the direction, define the transformation agenda, and work effectively in situations where the path forward is not yet established.

AI, digital or technology-enabled transformation experience

– Has worked on enterprise AI, data, analytics, digital or technology transformations that required organisational change, operating model decisions, governance, funding, prioritisation and business adoption.

Ability to turn ambiguity into progress

– Can structure complex problems, challenge assumptions, identify risks and dependencies, and convert emerging insights into concrete recommendations and actions.

Strong executive communication and stakeholder leadership

– Can work effectively with senior executives, develop executive-level materials, facilitate discussions and build alignment across multiple stakeholders.

Practical Information

• Duration: 23-11-2026 to 28-02-2027 (3.5 months).
• Work setup: Hybrid setup with minimum 2 days onsite per week at the client’s offices.
• The consultant must be based in Denmark.
