Context

As a result of industrial logic, this is an Economic Interest Grouping (GIE) that aims to consolidate infrastructures and pool purchases in order to optimize costs and strengthen the quality of service for all of the group's IT production. It also offers value-added infrastructure services (messaging, videoconferencing, etc.) for users and information systems.

Working Conditions

• Design, implement, and monitor the group's Alcatel telephony solutions.
• Ensure operational maintenance (MCO) of solutions in production, manage the evolution of ALE hardware and software needs.
• Industrialize DevOps deployments using solutions like XLR/XLD.
• Migrate employees between different platforms using Kurmi.
• Implement new features such as Rainbow, centralization on VM, encryption, integration into Teams, etc.
• Participate in project scoping, planning, feedback, and reporting on project progress.
• Act as a referent for several aspects of ToIP infrastructures for the RUN teams.
• Perform operations outside of working hours (HNO) and provide on-call support during the build and deployment phases of solutions.
• Provide assistance and participate in the handling of major incidents in support of production teams.
• Update R101.2, Rainbow deployment
• Datacenter centralization and subsidiary integration
