AMOA CRM Dynamics Consultant - Squash

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced AMOA CRM Dynamics consultant to work in a user relations and telephony-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Profile sought:

• Gather, analyze, and formalize the functional needs of the business units
• Write user stories and functional evolution specifications
• Prepare and write functional test cases
• Execute acceptance testing campaigns and ensure anomaly tracking
• Participate in business workshops and exchanges with project teams
• Provide level 2 functional support to users
• Update functional documentation and operating procedures
• Monitor work progress and contribute to the continuous improvement of the product
• Higher education in IT, information systems, or equivalent
• Proven experience in AMOA, Project Owner Assistance, or Business Analysis
• Imperative mastery of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Imperative mastery of Squash for test management and execution
• Good knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Significant experience in writing test cases, anomaly tracking, and functional acceptance testing
• Ability to write user stories and functional specifications
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Autonomy, rigor, and service orientation
