Mission Context

As part of its IT system evolution and transformation projects, our client in the insurance sector is looking for an AMOA Consultant specialized in Life Insurance and Retirement.

You will act as the interface between business teams and IT teams to support projects, gather requirements, and ensure their proper functional translation.

• Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements from Life Insurance and Retirement teams.
• Write expressions of need, functional specifications, and statements of work.
• Lead workshops with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Ensure functional project monitoring and coordinate various stakeholders.
• Participate in defining testing strategies and writing test cases.
• Perform and manage functional testing phases.
• Analyze anomalies, track their resolution, and support users.
• Participate in change management and the production deployment of evolutions.
• Proven experience in AMOA within the insurance sector.
• Good knowledge of Life Insurance and/or Retirement businesses.
• Mastery of business processes related to contracts, benefits management, contributions, and operational management.
• Experience in writing functional specifications and managing testing.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business and IT teams.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, autonomy, rigor, and analytical thinking.
