Context

As part of a strategic program for a major player in the energy sector, we are looking for a senior AMOA Salesforce consultant to strengthen an existing project team.

The project aims to optimize and streamline the connection process for individual customers. It is based on a Salesforce solution that includes:

Practical information

• a customer portal, where requests are submitted;
• a back-office, which allows advisors to process these requests.
• Scope the business need for the new functional area.
• Lead alignment workshops with the IT department.
• Refine and formalize needs and functional specifications.
• Ensure the follow-up of developments and testing.
• Mediate between standard and specific Salesforce configurations: challenge non-standard requests and help bring specifications back to the platform's native functionalities. The objective is to achieve at least 80% standard.
• Approximately 7 years of experience in AMOA Salesforce. A slightly less experienced profile, with significant Salesforce background, will also be considered.
• Solid mastery of scoping, workshop facilitation, and specification writing.
• Autonomy, consulting skills, and ability to make proposals.
• Functional profile: technical expertise is not expected.
• One or more Salesforce certifications are a plus.
• Experience in the energy sector is appreciated.
• Start date: December 1, 2026
• Duration: 4 firm months, with visibility until the end of 2027
