Project overview

Context

A service operator for a major mobility player is modernizing its Finance/Accounting IS. Functions currently handled by an internal ERP and Sage X3 will transition to a target ERP, SAP S/4HANA Cloud, as part of a broader IS restructuring.

You will support a senior SAP expert already in place, acting as a direct interface with business departments, the project team, and the integrator.

Your mission

Fit-Gap analyses, workshop supports and decision records, formalized target Finance model, functional specifications, UAT elements, Sage X3 → SAP mapping, migration cycles, operating procedures and training materials.

Freelance status mandatory / no umbrella company

• Participation in Design / Explore phases: analysis of the existing system, Fit-to-Standard / Fit-Gap
• Definition of the target Finance FI / CO / AA model
• Preparation and co-facilitation of business workshops, formalization of needs and level 1 functional specifications
• Monitoring and challenging the configuration performed by the integrator
• Preparation of user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Possible extension of the mission: data migration and recovery (Sage X3 → SAP mapping), change management, Go-Live and hypercare
