Android Developer

Project overview

Within the Product and Technologies teams, the senior Android developer contributes to the development and evolution of native applications for the general public, with high traffic and focused on rich editorial content. The position specifically concerns features related to audio and video.

You will develop in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose within a multi-module Gradle architecture, based on Clean Architecture and the MVVM model. You will use the Backend for Frontend APIs and participate in their definition with the backend teams. In close collaboration with designers, you will evolve the Design System and ensure the reconciliation of design intentions with technical constraints.

You will also contribute to the CI/CD pipeline, code quality, and digital accessibility according to RGAA 4.1. You will work in Agile/Scrum mode with a team of at least four developers and collaborate with the product, design, and backend teams.

Profile Sought

At least five years of experience in native Android development and proficiency in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, and Flow.

Proficiency in multi-module Gradle, Clean Architecture, MVVM, and Dagger 2.

Experience in producing high-traffic media applications with audio and video content.

Practice with CI/CD tools, Ktlint, Detekt, Konsist, and automated testing.

Experience with Android/iOS cross-platform technologies and push notification solutions.

Knowledge of RGAA 4.1 and Firebase; practice of Agile/Scrum and fluent French, written and spoken.

2 to 3 days on-site depending on the week
