• Administer a containerized Ansible Automation Platform infrastructure, the cornerstone of internal automation.
• Provide secure APIs to manage access and automate processes.
• Support users and ensure best practices in Ansible usage.
• Develop and maintain a CI/CD chain dedicated to Ansible code and Execution Environments (EE) for reliable and secure testing, validation, and deployment.
• Participate in the definition and evolution of the automation architecture.
• Contribute to the implementation and improvement of the Ansible Automation Platform infrastructure.

• Design, industrialize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines on Jenkins and Bitbucket for Ansible code and Execution Environments (EE).
• Automate and secure processes via APIs and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure, disseminate, and evolve Ansible best practices among users.
• Integrate DevSecOps best practices into the automation lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Document, share, and transfer knowledge to ensure the sustainability of the implemented solutions.
• Provide on-call support (Team coverage 8 AM
• 7 PM)
• Expertise in Ansible and Ansible Automation Platform (AAP).
• Experience in developing and managing Ansible collections.
• Management and optimization of Execution Environments (EE) in Ansible Automation Platform.
• Mastery of security solutions (Vault, Rbac AAP).
• Design and management of CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and Bitbucket, including Ansible code and Execution Environments.
• Implementation and use of unit tests for Ansible with Molecule.
• Management of AAP2 APIs and integration with third-party tools.
• Security of automation workflows (automatic scans, secrets management).
• Scripting (Python, Bash).
• Solid foundation in Linux/Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
• Collaborative work in Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Ability to simplify and support teams in adopting best practices.
• Analytical thinking, rigor, and quality orientation.
• Autonomy and proactivity.
• Ability to write clear and structured documentation.
• Experience in containerized environments (Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker).
• Experience with new AAP2 features: (EDA, Policy-as-code)
• Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk).
