Project overview

Context

As part of its Move to Cloud program (migration of VMs to AWS, via a France-India Migration Factory), a major group has launched the CUBA project. This project follows identified difficulties with existing environments.

A task force is analyzing audit recommendations, which concern both on-premise and cloud environments. The objective is to secure the entire chain, from the existing infrastructure to the target AWS/EVS platform, before migrating virtual machines.

The client is looking for a transverse architect capable of understanding the technical underpinnings, not just applying AWS rules.

• Verify that infrastructures meet the prerequisites of the AWS/EVS platform.
• Identify compliance gaps on-premise and on the cloud side.
• Analyze the impact of these gaps on virtual machine migration.
• Develop, deploy, and configure CUBA compliance rules throughout the migration waves.
• Harmonize environments before their migration.
• Provide a transverse vision: infrastructure, hardware, virtualization, cloud, and security.
• Propose and monitor security actions.
• CUBA compliance rules;
