Please note! This request is not for freelancers. Assignment description You will help the architecture team with this acceleration on dossiers around the theme of compliancy. You will work from the perspective of business continuity and set up a framework so that the architecture team can bring this to the rest of the organization in a structured and risk-based manner. This concerns topics such as a general structure for Business Continuity Management, establishing frameworks for a Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP), setting up lifecycle management, and other risk management measures flowing from NIS2.

You will collect and organize the frameworks so that the architecture team can further translate this into guidelines for the DevSecOps teams within this domain without interpretation differences arising. Together with the domain architect, you will advise the MT on these areas. You will work closely with other architects, security officers, and business owners within the domain.

Activities: Set up a structure for executing business continuity management Risk-based prioritization of the different themes Develop policy that can be approved by directors, including necessary administrative notes in preparation Contribute to the architecture/security roadmap Background of the assignment In the area of business continuity management, Logius wants to make progress within the Publication Domain. The Architecture Team is responsible for providing the correct frameworks for this and bringing the themes to a level with which the rest of the organization can truly get to work.

Logius wants to accelerate this, and an expansion of the architecture team's capacity is necessary. Requirements Only Dutch-language CVs to be submitted with a maximum of 5 pages. HBO+ in public administration, information science, computer science, or comparable. Knowledge of ISO 27001/27002 (ISMS), ISO 22301 (BCM), ISO 31000 (Risk Management), BIO2, and NIS2. Knowledge of the Dutch Government Reference Architecture (NORA and family). Candidate has their own (development) laptop with password, encrypted hard drive (encryption). Up-to-date antivirus software for the work to be performed.

Experience as an enterprise architect or management consultant in a complex administrative environment (5 years). Wishes Working under architecture, including the NORA family, TOGAF, Archimate. Working in an architecture role within a SAFe/agile environment. Risk management. Familiar with Logius and the Central Government. Experience with translating BIO2/NIS2 into policy. Language proficiency (Dutch at B2 level). Competencies Environmental awareness. Analytical thinking. Quality and security oriented. Helicopter view. Communicative in word and writing.

Additional Information When you, as a supplier, offer a professional to us and they are placed, we will need information from you as a contracting party, including regarding the Chain Liability Act. The purpose of the 'WKA' is to prevent abuse in the remittance of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to client. We cover these risks for our clients by means of a blocked account, the G-account. This is an account to which a portion of the invoice amount is deposited and from which you can pay payroll taxes and VAT to the Tax Authorities.

The percentage to be deposited depends on whether you have an SNA certification (NEN-4400-1 or NEN-4400-2) and whether your company is established in the Netherlands or abroad. You can apply for the G-account from the Tax Authorities. If you cannot obtain a G-account (and you can provide proof of this from the Tax Authorities), you also have the option to provide an accountant's statement (assurance report regarding personnel lending) every quarter. In this, a certified accountant (AA or RA) will issue a statement about the correctness, completeness, and timeliness of the remittances.
