Asset & Configuration Manager - SC Cleared

Project overview

I am recruiting for an Asset & Configuration Manager to be based 1 day a week in Reading, 4 days remote.

Active SC Clearance is essential.

The role falls inside IR35 so you will need to work through an umbrella company for the duration of the contract.

You will own the governance, integrity and continual improvement of IT Asset Management and Service Configuration Management across the Service Management operating model.

You must have significant experience managing IT Asset Management and Configuration Management within a complex enterprise or managed service environment.

You will also have experience maintaining CMDBs, service maps, dependency models and governance processes.

Strong knowledge of ITIL 4 Asset Management and Service Configuration Management practices.

Experience coordinating configuration and asset management activities across multiple suppliers, service towers or technology domains.

Strong ServiceNow Asset Management, CMDB and Configuration Management experience.

Experience designing and implementing configuration governance, audit and verification frameworks.
