Axway MFT Operations Engineer – Banking

We are looking for an experienced Axway MFT Operations Engineer for our client based in Zurich, operating in the banking sector.

Your Responsibilities

-

Provide daily operational support and administration of the Axway Secure Transport platform.

Monitor MFT services, file transfers, system performance, and platform availability.

Identify, investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to file transfer operations.

Manage platform configurations and perform regular maintenance activities.

Automate file transfer processes and operational tasks using Python and Shell scripting.

Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and integration teams to ensure reliable and secure external data exchange.

Your Experience and Skills

Proven hands-on experience with Axway Secure Transport and Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions.

Good understanding of secure external data exchange processes.

Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and operational support skills in enterprise environments.

Practical experience in automation using Python and Shell scripting.

Experience in configuring, monitoring, and maintaining technical platforms.

Language skills: English.
