Back-end / Data Developer – Migration and Performance

For a Jissen project, we are looking for a Back-end / Data profile.

Prerequisites

Start Date: ASAP - in Paris, with 2 days on-site presence in Nantes.

The Profile

We are primarily looking for a Back-end / Data profile, with a genuine interest in migration and performance topics.

The person must be able to quickly take charge of the subject and work autonomously.

Beyond technical skills, the success of the mission relies on the ability to:

An internal Tech Lead will provide occasional support on topics requiring technical arbitration.

• Good command of TypeScript and Node.js, ideally with NestJS.
• Very good command of SQL / PostgreSQL.
• Concrete experience in data migration or recovery.
• Experience with database performance issues.
• Ability to optimize SQL queries and data processing.
• Good understanding of indexing and volume challenges.
• Migration of a historical information system (legacy).
• Knowledge of Alfresco and/or its APIs.
• Data or document deduplication.
• Projects with large data volumes.
• quickly understand a business and an existing information system;
• seek information from the right contacts;
• understand why historical data was structured that way;
• take a step back from the data and propose pragmatic trade-offs;
• work autonomously;
• communicate directly with the client, the Product Owner, and users;
• support acceptance testing phases and analyze user feedback.
