Do you want to leverage your relational expertise as a Bank Customer Relations Officer?
You will support banking clients by providing a personalized welcome, developing lasting relationships, and ensuring impeccable service quality.
For this position, you will benefit from:
- Welcome and guide clients, while encouraging the autonomous use of digital tools
- Identify commercial opportunities, propose banking products, and contribute to customer relationship development
