Hays Contracting Services operates under a B2B service delivery model. We are currently looking for a B2B contractor to provide services in the area of BI / Data Visualization Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Visualization Developer specialized in Tableau to support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of service-related dashboards. This role is focused on efficient dashboard creation and management. The ideal candidate will excel at implementing business requirements into scalable, standardized, and sustainable Tableau solutions while ensuring high-quality data visualization.

This position is ideal for a technical expert who enjoys dashboard development, data structuring, and standardization.

Cooperation process

The cooperation is carried out between independent businesses (B2B model) and covers the performance of services within the agreed project scope. The Contractor independently organizes and manages the manner in which the services are performed, taking into account the project requirements, security obligations, and the necessary communication with the client.

• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards to visualize Service Data, ensuring accuracy, performance, and usability.
• Implement business requirements into long-term, scalable, and standardized dashboard solutions.
• Ensure quality assurance by implementing best practices in Tableau development, including performance optimization and consistency across dashboards.
• Blend multiple data sources efficiently, understanding underlying data models to create accurate and meaningful reports.
• Write and maintain comprehensive documentation for dashboards, including data source used, logic, and visualization standards.
• Perform bug fixing and ongoing maintenance to ensure dashboards remain functional and aligned with evolving business needs.
• Standardize visualization approaches across all dashboards to enhance readability and consistency.
• Min. 3-4 years of experience as BI Developer
• Proficiency in Tableau (dashboard creation, advanced calculations, data blending, performance optimization)
• Strong SQL skills for querying and blending multiple data sources
• Experience with Alteryx or other data preparation and ETL tools
• Experience with additional data visualization tools such as Power BI or ThoughtSpot is a plus
• Solid understanding of data modeling and ability to work with different data structures (e.g., relational databases, APIs, and flat files)
• Experience in dashboard standardization and establishing visualization best practices
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug issues within Tableau dashboards
• Collaboration mindset to work with the Service Analyst Business Partners, Data Product Owners and technical teams
• Experience working in a structured, delivery-focused environment, ensuring high-quality and timely execution of dashboard project
• Knowledge of English on B2/C1 level
• Profile and experience review by the Hays team
• Conversation with a Hays consultant about the project and scope of services
• Technical meeting with project representatives (1 stage)
• Agreement on cooperation terms
• Commencement of service delivery
