- Deployment of Manufacturing / Operations projects, ensuring end-to-end process consistency
- Analysis and challenge of functional architecture with IT architects (interfaces, master data, IT system impacts)
- Gathering requirements from Production, Planning, Supply/Procurement, Quality, Customer Service, Finance teams
- Formalizing business requirements, writing specifications, and BPMN modeling
- Preparation/facilitation of testing cycles: CVT and UAT support (scenarios, execution, bug tracking)
- Coordination with other domains: PP / MM / SD (and ideally WM/LE), Quality, MES (if applicable), Finance/Controlling
- Change management support: documentation, key user training, post-deployment support
- Continuous improvement and change request management (prioritization, scoping, impact analysis)
- Expertise in Manufacturing / Supply Chain / Operations with end-to-end O2C / O2I understanding (production, stock, delivery, invoicing, accounting impacts)
- Good knowledge of processes: planning/scheduling, production execution, inventory management, shipping, invoicing
- SAP knowledge: SAP PP/MM/SD (and ideally WM/LE)
- S/4HANA experience is a plus
- Ability to challenge functional architecture and drive process vs. standard trade-offs
- Skills in BPMN, testing, cross-functional coordination, facilitating multi-site workshops
- Fluent English essential (international environment)

Mission
Support the deployment of Manufacturing & Operations processes on Order-to-Invoice / Order-to-Cash flows with a strong cross-regional dimension and close integration with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance.
Objective: Ensure end-to-end process consistency (from order to invoicing, and production/procurement impacts to accounting), in a deployment/roll-out and multi-site alignment context.
