Job description

By joining us, you will be part of our 3D Department, composed of a specialized team mastering all the know-how related to the BIM profession and 2D technical and architectural synthesis.

Under the responsibility of the Synthesis Project Manager and in close collaboration with site management, you will coordinate and optimize the execution studies for the various lots of a building to be constructed.

You will work on complex and large-scale projects (hotels, hospitals, tertiary buildings, public facilities, etc.).

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will actively participate in the coordination of technical and architectural studies with the various project stakeholders (design offices, architects, site management, companies).

You will produce plans, sections, and details of the building (all trades) with a precision scale of up to 1/5.

Your main activities are as follows:

This position, based in ISSY LES MOULINEAUX, is for a 6-month mission.

The gross monthly salary is €2,800, negotiable based on your experience.

Profile sought

With a Bac+2 education, you have 2 to 3 years of experience as a designer/architect in a design office/architectural firm or a general contractor.

Your skills:

You have knowledge of structural work and technical and architectural trades, you are responsive, with a real taste for teamwork and a strong ability to adapt to different projects.

• Establish and analyze technical detail plans, sections, elevations, synthesis detail sheets (mainly 2D) and identify conflicts between the different lots, taking into account structural and architectural aspects
• Be proactive in resolving technical and construction issues, define solutions to propose to companies, detect technical problems if necessary and know who to turn to for arbitration
• Monitor changes as studies evolve
• Respect the study schedule
• If necessary, lead meetings and write minutes
• Proficiency in Autocad (2D) and Revit (3D/BIM) software will be a plus.
• Good understanding of construction systems (structural work, finishing work, technical systems).
• Ability to read, understand, and produce clear and precise execution plans.
• Rigor, technical expertise, attention to detail.
