Project overview
Business Analyst - Asset Management
London - Hybrid - 2 days on client site - £500 per day (Inside)
My client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support an ITIL Asset Management Transformation programme.
You'll lead detailed discovery across multiple workstreams, capturing business requirements, mapping current and future-state processes, and documenting systems, data, reporting and controls. You'll also support tooling assessments, business case development, benefits analysis and pilot readiness.
Requirements
Desirable:
ITIL, IT Service Management, asset management, inventory, software licensing or ServiceNow/CMDB experience.
London-based, with 2 days per week onsite.
- Strong BA experience in complex operational or technology-enabled change.
- Experience in Asset Management projects
- Excellent requirements gathering, workshop facilitation and process mapping skills.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and maintaining high-quality analysis documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication.
Project details
£500 per day (Inside IR35).
