We are looking for 2 experienced Business Analyst Assurance to support a project team within an Insurance IT department. You will act as the interface between business departments and IT teams to understand, qualify, and formalize needs related to digital insurance services.

Your missions:

Profile sought:

• Gather, analyze, and formalize business and user needs
• Define functional requirements and contribute to solution design
• Work on topics related to contract underwriting and management, compliance, and customer consent
• Formalize deliverables for IT teams
• Participate in project scoping and management
• Collaborate with various business and IT stakeholders
• More than 7 years of experience in Business Analysis / project management roles
• Significant experience in the Insurance sector
• Excellent command of requirements gathering and formalization
• Ability to functionally define solutions in conjunction with IT teams
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), V-cycle, or hybrid approaches appreciated
• Experience in facilitating project committees and risk management appreciated
• Master's degree in IT or equivalent experience
• Start: ASAP
