Business Analyst / Business Developer

Project overview

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Investigating military work processes and the interaction between users and technology
• Conducting interviews with stakeholders at various levels and leading workshops
• Investigating technical solutions and determining with the architect which technology fits the issue
• Inventorying interdependencies between systems
• Translating operational needs into design issues
• Designing proof-of-concepts, experiments, and showcases together with architects and suppliers
• At least 4 years of work experience in the role of Business Analyst / Business Developer
• Educational background in, for example, Industrial Design Engineering, Systems Engineering, Strategic Product Design, Technical Business Administration, Human Computer Interaction, or Innovation Sciences
• Practical experience with Human Centered Design, Service Design, Design Research, Systems Thinking, co-creation, and Experiment Design
• Strong ability to switch between users and engineers
• Ability to make complex technical issues understandable and clear
• Preferably experience with technology analysis
• Preferably experience within the Ministry of Defence
