Project overview

CONTEXT:

As part of our payment system evolution projects, we are looking for a Business Analyst specialized in Cards / Cardholder Payment Systems, capable of working on functional aspects, the TIM Porteur software package, and technical topics related to test automation and artificial intelligence (AI).

• Gathering, analyzing, and formalizing business needs
• Writing functional specifications and contributing to solution design
• Working within the Cards / Cardholder Payment Systems scope and ensuring the functional consistency of evolutions
• Participating in the management of TIM Porteur software package versions and patches, analyzing the impact of evolutions, and ensuring follow-up with CAPS
• Coordinating exchanges between business and technical teams and the various project stakeholders
• Preparing, executing, and monitoring functional acceptance testing phases, as well as anomaly management
• Contributing to the improvement of testing strategies, particularly through automation and the use of AI-based solutions
• Participating in the monitoring of production deployments and ensuring the proper deployment of evolutions
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Cards / Cardholder Payment Systems domain
• Good understanding of cardholder payment processes and challenges
• Knowledge of the TIM Porteur software package, ideally on version management, patches, and impact analysis
• Ability to monitor evolutions and coordinate exchanges with relevant teams, particularly CAPS
• Solid skills in functional analysis, specification writing, and acceptance testing strategy
• Aptitude for technical topics, test automation, and artificial intelligence (AI)
• Knowledge of testing tools such as Cucumber and Postman is an asset
• Experience in a banking environment would be appreciated
• Autonomy, rigor, analytical skills, and good communication abilities
