We are looking for a Data Business Analyst to strengthen our teams and support the strategic evolution of our clients' Business Intelligence Information System (SID). As the functional referent at the heart of the DATA squad, your role will combine supporting business units in expressing their needs, detailed design of business intelligence architectures (DWH/Data Marts), and technical follow-up of implementation phases.

Test Strategy & Improvement:

• Actively participate in the detailed design of new SID components.
• Model the Data Warehouse (DWH) and various Data Marts (DTM) by precisely adapting to business needs and use cases (star schema, snowflake schema, etc.).
• Write Detailed Functional Specifications (SFD) for technical teams.
• Collect, analyze, and challenge analytical and business intelligence needs expressed by business departments.
• Support developers daily during implementation phases to ensure a clear understanding of business rules.
• Actively participate in all DATA squad rituals and ceremonies.
• Define, design, and implement the overall acceptance testing strategy with the team to ensure the reliability of delivered data.
• Be proactive in continuously optimizing and improving business processes and the squad's operating model.

• Education: Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5) specializing in IT, Business Intelligence, or Data Management.
• Experience: You have successful experience in a similar role as a Data Business Analyst or BI Consultant.
• Data & Database Expertise: Excellent command of SQL language and the ORACLE environment (especially Exadata) required.
• Architecture, ETL & Analytics: Solid knowledge in data warehouse design, use of INFORMATICA ETL, and the SAS environment.
• Reporting & Dataviz: Good operational knowledge of Power BI (Desktop and Azure versions).
• Methodology & Tools: Mastery of Agile methodology practices and project management tools Confluence and JIRA.
• Languages: Fluent professional English is essential.
• Analytical and Rigorous Mindset: Ability to grasp dense and complex data models to translate them into clear business intelligence architectures.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with both functional and highly technical profiles.
