Mission
- Actively participate in the scoping phase of evolutions and journeys with the PO (challenging business needs and facilitating workshops with UX design / developer teams)
- Write user stories in dedicated tools (JIRA) and facilitate review sessions with stakeholders.
- Write operating procedures, test support, test specifications, and compile associated data sets
- Perform tests throughout the development period
- Formalize test results and assist in writing the acceptance test report for sharing with stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops & version testing sessions with stakeholders
- Analyze, track, and help prioritize fixes for acceptance, pre-production, and production incidents
- Perform functional configuration in the tools
- Contribute content in the CMS for the customer area
- Participate in agile rituals (daily, refinement, sprint planning, sprint review etc.)
- Collaborate effectively with development teams to track progress
- Document evolutions in Confluence and Explore Digital
- Prepare deployments and support our business units / entities
