Business Analyst Generative AI – LLM, RAG & AI Agents Platform

Project overview

Our client is looking for a Business Analyst specialized in Generative AI to support their AI team, responsible for a cross-functional platform of shared services. This platform covers RAG architectures, AI agents, pipelines, LLM provider management (Mistral, Azure OpenAI, Bedrock), access, and observability. The mission takes place in an Agile SAFe environment, in collaboration with business, IT, security, and architecture teams.

• Gather and scope the needs of the platform's user teams.
• Lead workshops with business and technical teams.
• Formalize needs related to LLMs, RAG, AI agents, APIs, and self-service offerings.
• Write functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.
• Structure and maintain the platform's product backlog.
• Contribute to defining usage standards: prompting, RAG, agents, and integration.
• Participate in AI governance: security, access management, sensitive data, and AI Act compliance.
• Define and track performance indicators: usage, costs, latency, and quality.
• Support project teams in scoping and adopting AI services.
• Participate in Agile SAFe ceremonies: daily, PI Planning, backlog refinement, and System Demo.
• Functional specifications and user stories.
• AI platform product backlog.
• Documentation of use cases and API services.
• Guidelines and best practices for using AI services.
• Governance and compliance documentation.
• Dashboards and performance indicators.
• Onboarding and team support materials.
• Proven experience in Business Analysis and scoping technical products or platforms.
• Excellent command of needs gathering and leading cross-functional workshops.
• Good understanding of Generative AI concepts: LLM, RAG, agents, prompting, and embeddings.
• Knowledge of AI platforms: APIs, self-service, gateway, monitoring, and SLAs.
• Ability to write functional specifications, user stories, and usage documentation.
• Sensitivity to AI governance, security, compliance, and AI Act issues.
• Mastery of Agile SAFe methodologies and Jira and Confluence tools.
• Ability to collaborate with business, IT, architecture, and security teams.
• Excellent communication, teaching, and change management skills.
