Business Analyst - £500 per day | Inside IR35 | Remote | 6 months

I'm looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong IAM / IGA experience to support a major Identity & Access Management programme within a complex public sector environment.

You'll be responsible for analysing existing IAM processes and systems, defining future-state processes and translating business, security and technical needs into clear requirements for a new IAM solution.

Requirements

Strong Business Analysis experience across multiple IAM / IGA projects

Experience of large-scale Identity Governance & Administration implementations

Strong AS-IS / TO-BE process mapping and optimisation experience

Requirements elicitation, user stories and acceptance criteria

Experience working across multiple business areas, customers or user groups

Good understanding of identity lifecycle, access controls, RBAC and Zero Trust

Experience with data, role and access modelling

Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills

Able to bridge business requirements and technical IAM delivery

£500pd | Inside IR35 | Remote | 6 months
