Scope of cooperation includes:

• technology consulting,
• software development,
• embedded systems,

• dedicated project teams.
• providing services within a banking project related to the digitalization and improvement of sales and mortgage loan processing,
• analysis of business requirements in mortgage loan processes, with particular emphasis on post-sale processes,
• preparation of documentation regarding analyzed business processes, functional descriptions, and process diagrams,
• preparation of the business backlog for implementation by development teams at the Epic and user story level,
• cooperation with development, analytical, and business teams within implemented sprints,
• maintaining and updating analytical documentation in JIRA and Confluence tools,
• supporting quality assurance processes and the consistency of solutions related to mortgage products and credit risk assessment,
• project location: Warsaw (Center),
• service delivery mode: hybrid, presence in the Warsaw office 2 times a week
• project budget: up to 115 PLN/h + VAT, depending on experience and scope of services provided.
• min. 4.5 years of experience in providing services as a Business Analyst,
• practical ability to define business requirements in the form of a Product Backlog according to agile methodologies,
• experience in modeling and optimizing business processes,
• experience in creating use cases and analytical documentation,
• experience in developing quantitative analyses,
• experience gained in the financial, banking, or insurance sector,
• ability to independently identify business challenges and propose solutions,
• participation in at least 3 projects carried out as a Business Analyst or Product Owner,
• higher education in economics or technical fields,
• ability to effectively cooperate with project stakeholders and independence in service delivery.
