Role Overview

We are looking for experienced Business Analysts to support the delivery of a key AI programme workstream within a complex and regulated environment.

Essential Skills & Experience

Desirable Experience

• 5-7 years' relevant Business Analysis experience.
• Experience working within Financial Services, regulatory bodies or similarly complex regulated environments.
• Strong Business Analysis experience across the full project/programme lifecycle.
• Proven experience delivering BA activities on complex projects or programmes.
• Strong requirements gathering, analysis and documentation capabilities.
• Extensive experience with As-Is/To-Be process modelling.
• Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into clear functional outcomes.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to rapidly understand new and complex subject matter.
• Ability to operate effectively in uncertain, challenging and evolving environments.
• Strong process improvement and innovative mindset.
• Demonstrable ability to translate policies and standards into processes, procedures and technical requirements.
• Technical experience implementing Agentic AI solutions
