Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our transverse design team, to participate in the migration program of one of our IT assets to a shared solution.

The profile should:

The profile must be a particularly good communicator.

They must have the ability to challenge their choices with IT/Business teams and managers.

They must be able to lead meetings and workshops with business teams and IT solution teams.

We expect the profile to have a strong IT culture and a strong ability to understand an information system.

They will be positioned on the IT side.

Proficiency in an API/Microservice oriented component IS is required.

Proficiency in modeling methods (UML, BPMN) is required.

Experience with workflow-oriented IS is required.

Life/Finance business expertise is requested.

Development experience in an NSDK or Natstar environment, or with another L4G would be appreciated.

Mandatory presence: 3 days/week in Niort after an integration period of 4 weeks in full attendance.

Objectives and deliverables

• Conduct solution studies and impact studies
• Participate in detailed technical designs with tech leads
• Challenge functional evolutions with the AMOA team
• Conduct complex technical/functional studies
• Provide technical support to development teams
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the business IS and the BA community
• Contribute to the creation of program documentation.
• Be able to synthesize the program's progress and present it to various audiences
• Conducting detailed functional solution studies
• Conducting impact studies
• Conducting summaries of program progress and their presentation
• Proposals for improvements within the Business Analyst community
