Business Analyst Payment Systems / Payment Support

Project overview

We are looking for Senior Business Analyst / Payment Support Consultants (M/F) to work for a major player in the banking sector.

Objective:

👉 Support expertise and business assistance including analysis, communication (functional/business) and 2nd level incident resolution in the IT Acceptance and Payment IT domain,

👉 Supervision of essential flows

👉 Monitoring and follow-up of production deployments (fixes, evolutions, new services),

👉 Management of technical and/or functional migrations on our information systems,

👉 Coordination and management of operational changes,

👉 Functional and regulatory watch.

👉 Facilitation / contribution to various committees

Project details

✅ Knowledge of Payments

✅ Analysis of functional or technical requirements

✅ Writing of MOA deliverables such as EDB/specifications

✅ Configuration and parameterization file

✅ Coordination of application version installation in testing and production environments

✅ Test plan, writing of test specifications, execution and monitoring of tests

✅ Validation of evolutions (test reports)

✅ Follow-up of production deployment and VSR

✅ Customer support for the launch and deployment of services

Expertise:

✅ Significant skills / experience in support functions

✅ Incident management practice

✅ Service desk practice: service request management, monitoring and event management

✅ Good knowledge of the payment and acceptance environment (acquisition, authorization, VISA / MASTERCARD Schemes, NEXO, CB2A protocols, acceptance solutions)

✅ Solid technical and functional foundation (Architecture, Communication Bus, Systems, cloud environment)

✅ Proficiency in office, reporting, and supervision tools (Splunk, ELK...)

✅ Good level of English (B2)
