Business Analyst Publishing – Retirement Savings / Kelia

Project overview

A major social protection player is strengthening its Kelia publishing team. You will work on the evolution of retirement savings correspondence and monitor production anomalies.

Your missions

• Lead business workshops and analyze functional needs
• Write functional specifications for correspondence: management rules, composition rules, acceptance criteria
• Map correspondence and ensure regulatory compliance of content
• Define the testing strategy, write test cases, and execute campaigns
• Analyze anomalies with the publisher and validate fixes
• Act as the interface between business units, IT, the publishing team, and Compliance
• Handle production anomalies and post-deployment feedback

Requirements

• Confirmed experience as a Business Analyst in retirement savings, collective and individual
• Proficiency in Kelia: management acts, configuration, correspondence flows
• Significant experience with mass correspondence and publishing
• Good knowledge of contract creation and restitution
• Solid practice of functional testing
• Excellent writing skills, autonomy, and coordination skills
