Business Analyst SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central

Project overview

As part of a SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central migration program, you will contribute to the following tasks:

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Define the target Employee Central model based on the analysis of existing HR data and processes in SAP HCM
• Assess implementation complexity and identify elements necessary for a coherent implementation approach
• Conduct an inventory and analysis of the organizational structure (OM), infotypes, and associated HR processes
• Perform data mapping between SAP HCM and Employee Central and conduct gap or fit-gap analysis
• Propose modeling solutions such as Foundation Objects, Employee Data, Job Information, Employment Information, MDF Objects, and Business Rules
• Define the specific processing of 9XXX infotypes
• Develop target solution deliverables, including the catalog of data to be migrated and data outside the scope
• Formulate recommendations on migration strategy and data cleansing
• Estimate the workload in man-days required for implementation
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a technical consultant in SAP HCM
• Experience in integration with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including migration and data migration
• Strong skills in data mapping, workload estimation, and gap or fit-gap analysis
• Good knowledge of HR processes and functional writing
• Holder of the SAP Certified Associate
• Implementation Consultant
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Core certification
• Strong communication skills and good stress management
• Excellent knowledge of English, combined with French or Dutch
